There is no charge to have the plants inspected for a phytosanitary certificate or for importing them into the United States.
As I ship numerous orders at the same crossing, I bring all orders through on one phytosanitary certificate and one import certificate. It would be too difficult for me to calculate who owes what so these charges are absorbed.
There is an exception however - if you request a special shipment, there will be a phytosanitary certificate inspection charge of $20.00. This usually occurs during the winter months when other areas of the country are still too cold to receive plants but those in Texas, California, Florida, etc. are warm enough and want their plants immediately.
Plants shipped to the USA will be charged USA currency as it would be too time consuming to split from USA and Canadian Funds for inspections (American and Canadian), customs, shipping and plant costs.
