DWARF ZONALS
DWARF ZONALS
These are smaller versions of the regular zonal pelargoniums. They are usually grown as pot plants and are among the best flowering plants for sunny window sills. Most of the dwarf zonals bloom heavily but will not do so unless they have enough light. They will do well under fluorescent lights.
Great as gifts for shut-ins as they require minimal care and bloom easily. The sizes of the plants will depend on the variety and size of pot you transplant them into. Dwarfs, when planted in a 4 inch pot should not exceed eight inches in height. Most are easy to grow and will give you much pleasure. Please, DO NOT allow them to stand in water filled saucers -their roots will rot!
