ZONALS
'Zonals' are pelargoniums that you are most probably familiar with as 'geraniums', the regular bedding type plants. They are called 'Zonals' because of the darker ring that encircles the centre of each leaf.
The plants vary in size, the flowers vary in colour being either single, semi-double, double, rosebud flowered, cactus flowered, etc. The leaves also vary in colour and shape.
